Linekind on the web
Terms for the web
A writing space for your words, with connected access and limits you can understand before you pay.
Updated September 9, 2026 · Web service
1. Using Linekind on the web
These terms apply to the Linekind web service at linekind.app. By using this service, you agree to these terms and can review how data is handled in the web privacy notice. Linekind is for adults aged 18 and over.
The web tools help you draft, revise, and rehearse writing in English or Spanish for work, dating, and everyday situations. You choose the context, review the suggestions, and decide whether to use them. Linekind does not send messages to other people for you.
Features and paid checkout are available only when enabled in the service. A preview, example, or displayed plan is not proof that a payment or subscription has been completed.
2. Your account and your writing
Use an email address you control, verify it, and keep your password private. Account email comes from accounts@conectamedia.app through Resend. You are responsible for the activity you authorize through your account. Tell support promptly if you believe someone else has access.
Writing is local by default. You can enable cloud saving and explicitly upload selected conversations, voice profiles, context cards, rehearsals or drafts. On another authorized device, choose which items to import. Cloud revisions prevent silent overwrites; resolve any conflict before replacing an existing version. Signing in alone does not upload your local library. Export local-only work before clearing site data.
Submit material you have permission to use and share with the providers identified in the privacy notice. Do not include secrets or unnecessary personal information. Do not use Linekind to impersonate someone, deceive or harass a recipient, circumvent a refusal or request for no contact, exploit minors, or carry out unlawful activity. Do not bypass access controls or use automation to evade the service’s limits.
3. Price, renewal, and included usage
The consumer web plan is US$19.99 per month, billed by Stripe, with no free trial in this offer. Review the price, currency, renewal terms, and any applicable tax or other total shown in Checkout before confirming. A subscription renews monthly and charges the selected payment method unless canceled. Access requires a verified paid subscription period.
- 100 completed writing sets per paid billing period. One completed writing request counts as one set: drafting alternatives, conversation coaching, meaning review, one rehearsal turn, or a rehearsal debrief. A rehearsal with several successful AI turns uses several sets. The internal draft and edit steps together count as one set. Asking the AI to regenerate or refine is a new request and counts as another set when completed.
- 30 completed writing sets per UTC day. This daily limit resets at 00:00 UTC, which may be a different local time for you.
- 20,000 listening characters per paid billing period. Optional text-to-speech uses a separate allowance, with up to 2,000 characters in one request. Generating a new audio reading uses that text’s characters again.
Editing by hand, saving, copying, or exporting existing writing does not use a writing set. A request that fails or returns a request for more context or a recommendation not to reply does not use a completed writing set. Temporary reservations can appear while work is pending. Security limits also restrict repeated and failed requests: the web-funded allowance permits 90 attempts per UTC day; Apple-funded access retains its native limits. Rapid or concurrent requests may pause temporarily.
Included subscription allowances follow the paid billing period shown for your membership, not the calendar month; unused included allowances do not roll over. You cannot buy a second subscription to bypass limits. Linking an eligible verified App Store membership enables writing on the web from the same native allowance. A verified Stripe membership can supply writing access to the linked iPhone app from the same included web subscription allowance. The original billing owner and paid period remain authoritative; linking does not add credits, combine two subscriptions or cancel duplicate subscriptions. Existing legacy App Store terms, including the original 300-set UTC-calendar-month allowance, remain unchanged. App Store access does not include the web plan’s 20,000 listening characters; that listening allowance belongs to a qualifying Stripe plan. If you already have both plans, manage each where purchased.
Optional extra website writing sets
When offered, 25 extra website writing sets cost US$9.99 as a one-time purchase. An active Stripe-billed web Plus membership is required both to buy and to use them. A pack is not another subscription and does not renew automatically. The 100 included sets in your current paid period are used first; extra sets are used after those run out.
Unused purchased extra sets do not expire and carry forward. Canceling your membership does not remove them. Once the paid membership ends, their use pauses; they become usable again if you resume Stripe web Plus on the same existing account. Account deletion is different from subscription cancellation and removes your account access.
The same 30 completed sets per UTC day applies across included and extra writing, including shared use of the included subscription allowance. Buying a pack does not bypass a reached daily limit. Packs add no listening characters, App Store allowance or writing uses in the native iPhone app; purchased extra sets can be used only on the website.
4. Cancellation, charges, and deletion
Use Your space (Settings) → Manage subscription to open Stripe’s billing portal. Ordinary subscription cancellation stops the next renewal and leaves access through the end of the already-paid period, unless the payment is reversed or the account is deleted. Check the confirmation and ending date in the portal.
Signing out, clearing drafts, closing a tab, or uninstalling a native app does not cancel a web subscription. Account deletion is a separate action: it cancels the direct web subscription before removing your web login and can end access immediately. It does not automatically issue a refund or cancel a native App Store subscription. Required financial records are retained as described in the privacy notice.
For an unexpected web charge or a refund request, contact jorge@cerostudios.net with the account email, charge date, amount, and receipt or invoice reference. We review the particular charge and request; this page does not promise an automatic refund or a fixed refund outcome. Do not send full card details. Native purchase requests use the applicable App Store process.
A refund for an extra-set pack reduces its credited sets in proportion to the amount refunded; the remaining credited total is rounded down to whole sets. Sets already used remain deducted. If a refund leaves fewer credited sets than you have used, the difference offsets other or later extra-set credits on the same account until covered. A payment dispute can also suspend the affected pack credits while payment is resolved. These adjustments do not reset the included subscription or daily allowance.
5. Review before you use an answer
AI output can be inaccurate, repetitive, unsuitable, or mistaken about another person’s intentions. It is a suggestion to review, not a guarantee of a reply, a date, a job, agreement, safety, or any other outcome. Verify facts and adapt wording to your own voice and circumstances. Meaning-review flags are suggestions tied to the submitted text, not a guarantee that every issue is caught. You choose whether to accept a proposed change. Rehearsal characters and their responses are simulations, not predictions about a real person’s feelings or behavior. Use appropriate professional help for decisions that need it.
The service may ask for more context or recommend not replying. Respect the other person’s boundaries. Optional listening uses synthetic speech from ElevenLabs after separate confirmation; a recording is not a human endorsement or a prediction of how your recipient will respond.
6. Availability and changes
Network failures, maintenance, provider outages, billing verification problems, and protective limits can interrupt features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. If a completed result or allowance looks wrong, contact support with the time and visible error instead of sending the whole private conversation.
We may restrict access to address misuse, account security, or payment problems. Changes to the paid offer or renewal terms will be shown before a new purchase or applicable renewal; this page is not permission to charge a different price silently. The date below the title identifies this version of the terms.
