Linekind on the web

A little help, clearly.

For a stuck draft, an account question, or a web charge you want to understand. Write to the Linekind team in English or Spanish.

1. Sign-in and account email

Use the email address you registered and confirm it before signing in. Verification and password-reset emails come from accounts@conectamedia.app through Resend. Check spam, junk, and filtered folders. Open only the most recent link you requested; old or expired links may not work. If needed, request another from the sign-in flow and allow time for delivery before trying again.

Use “Forgot password” to choose a new password. A reset request does not confirm whether an email address has an account. Passwords must be 10–128 characters. Support will never need your password or the secret in a verification or reset link.

Account sessions are available in Your space (Settings). If access looks unfamiliar, reset your password and review your sessions. If you are locked out, email support from the account address where possible.

2. Your web membership

When checkout is available, the direct web membership is US$19.99 per month through Stripe. It includes 100 completed writing sets and 20,000 listening characters per paid billing period, with a limit of 30 completed writing sets per UTC day. See the web terms for how usage counts.

If you return from Checkout but membership has not updated, check your receipt and use the account’s refresh-status control. Avoid starting a second purchase. If access or a charge still looks wrong, contact support with the receipt reference and account email.

Use Your space (Settings) → Manage subscription for payment details, invoices, and cancellation in Stripe’s portal. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and stops the next renewal; check the portal’s confirmation. Closing the browser or clearing local drafts does not cancel billing.

In the updated iPhone app, open Cloud workspace, start the connection, sign into this website and explicitly approve the matching device code. Eligible verified paid writing access then uses its original included subscription allowance across the linked app and web. Purchased extra sets remain website-only. Apple-funded access does not include web listening. Linking does not purchase, cancel or merge subscriptions. Manage each existing subscription where it was bought. Send web refund questions to Linekind support; a request is reviewed rather than automatically approved.

Extra website sets

When available, the membership panel offers 25 extra website writing sets for US$9.99 once. You need active Stripe web Plus to buy and use them. Your 100 included sets are used first, then purchased extras. Unused extras do not expire and carry forward; if your membership ends, they remain saved and usable again when you resume Stripe web Plus on the same existing account.

The 30-per-UTC-day limit stays the same, so a pack will not let you continue on a day whose limit is already reached. Packs add no audio characters and cannot be used in the native iPhone app or as an App Store allowance.

If you paid but the extra balance has not updated, use the payment review or refresh account status and check your receipt. Do not buy another pack to fix a missing balance. Contact support with the receipt reference, amount and date if payment and balance still disagree. Opening Checkout or returning to the website alone does not confirm payment.

A refund for an extra-set pack reduces its credited sets in proportion to the amount refunded; the remaining credited total is rounded down to whole sets. Sets already used remain deducted. If a refund leaves fewer credited sets than you have used, the difference offsets other or later extra-set credits on the same account until covered. A payment dispute can also suspend the affected pack credits while payment is resolved. These adjustments do not reset the included subscription or daily allowance.

See the pack terms for membership and rollover rules. Contact support about a refund or adjustment; a request is reviewed, not automatically approved.

3. Writing requests and usage

For a better draft, give a short situation, the result you want, and only the message details needed. Remove identifying or sensitive information that does not help. Review every alternative before copying or sending it yourself.

One successful AI request counts as one writing set even when it returns several alternatives. Conversation coaching, meaning review, each rehearsal turn and the final rehearsal debrief each count as a request. A full rehearsal can therefore use several sets. A new AI refinement or regeneration is another set. Manual edits, saving, copying, and exporting use no writing sets. Failed requests and responses asking for more context or recommending no reply do not count as completed sets.

If a request is pending, let it settle before retrying. A daily limit resets at 00:00 UTC; the included period allowance resets with your next paid billing period. Unused purchased extra sets carry forward. Security limits can also apply to repeated or failed attempts. If a count seems wrong, send the approximate time, your time zone, and the visible error or status. Do not paste the private request into the email.

4. Optional listening

Listening is available with a qualifying Stripe plan and needs its own confirmation because selected text is sent to ElevenLabs. You can decline and continue writing. Choose English or Spanish, keep a request within 2,000 characters, and check the separate listening allowance. This feature generates synthetic speech; it does not require recording your voice.

If audio fails, check your device volume and browser playback controls. A provider outage can temporarily make listening unavailable. For help, send the error and time, not the sensitive text you were listening to.

5. Find, export, or clear drafts

Writing stays local unless you enable cloud saving and upload an individual item. To continue elsewhere, sign into the same verified web account or explicitly connect the iPhone app, then import that cloud item. A local-only draft remains in the browser or app where you saved it.

Cloud uploads and imports are deliberate actions, not an automatic backup of every local draft. If another device saved a newer version, refresh and review that version before deciding what to replace. Local writing stays available while you resolve a conflict.

Use Saved and Your space to export or delete local writing. Use the cloud controls to delete a cloud item or clear all cloud content. Turning cloud saving off alone leaves existing cloud items in your account. Signing out leaves local content on the device. On shared devices, clear that content separately; exported files remain wherever you saved them.

For screenshot intake, select up to five images, review the locally extracted text, identify speakers and remove anything unnecessary. Only the reviewed text is used for writing. The browser shortcut also opens selected text for review before insertion; it never sends a message for you.

6. Delete your web account

Go to Your space (Settings) → Delete account and follow the password and confirmation steps. Deletion cancels your direct web subscription and closes open web checkouts before removing your cloud document content, native links, login and sessions. It can end paid access immediately and does not automatically refund a charge.

If deletion is shown as pending, billing cancellation has not yet been confirmed. New paid work is blocked while the request is pending. Follow the on-screen instructions or contact support so the account and subscription can be reconciled. Do not assume the process is finished until completion is confirmed.

Clear saved writing separately in each browser; the account’s local-writing control can do this in the browser you are using. Account deletion does not remove exported files, required financial records, or a native App Store subscription. The web privacy notice explains retained records and provider handling.

7. Report a problem safely

For an inaccessible control, an unsuitable AI response, or a security concern, email jorge@cerostudios.net. Include the page or tool, approximate time, browser version, and a short description of what happened. Redact names and private text in screenshots. We do not need card security codes, your password, or account links to investigate.
